About the PracticeThe Real Estate group in New York advises clients on a full range of sophisticated commercial real estate transactions. The practice covers acquisitions and dispositions, financings, joint ventures, fund formation, and leasing matters, working across a broad spectrum of institutional and private clients.
Attorneys in the group handle complex, high-value transactions and collaborate closely with other practice areas on integrated real estate and finance matters.
Who We’re Looking ForWe are seeking an associate attorney with approximately 3–5 years of experience in commercial real estate transactions.
The ideal candidate will have experience with:
- Acquisitions and dispositions of commercial real estate
- Real estate financing transactions
- Joint ventures and fund-related structures
- Leasing transactions and general commercial real estate matters
Candidates should have strong academic credentials, solid law firm experience, and the ability to manage multiple components of complex transactions in a fast-paced environment.
CompensationThe expected base salary range for this position is $260,000 to $365,000 annually , with final compensation determined based on experience and other job-related factors in accordance with applicable law. This position may be eligible for a discretionary year-end bonus.
