Staff Level 00 FLSA Status Non-exempt Hours Hours will vary based on operational needs. 7:30am- 4:00pm 8:30am - 5:00pm (academic year) 8:00am - 4:30pm (summer) Start and end times will vary but expected hours between 20-37.5 hours in a given pay week. Job Type Temporary Campus Syracuse, NY Unionized Position Code Not Applicable Responsible for implementation of federally mandated disability accommodations. This position serves as a primary backup for the Disability Resource Portal which is the centralized delivery platform for all Center for Disability Resources accommodations and services. Qualifications Bachelor's Degree in Human Services or equivalent experiences. Job Specific Qualifications
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Suite and Excel.
  • Excellent communication skills; written and interpersonal. Time management and organizational skills are essential.
Responsibilities Responsibilities include:
  • Administering, proctoring, reading and scribing exams for students that require testing accommodations.
  • Position also works closely with faculty to ensure exams are being administered and returned per Professor specifications.
  • Greeting visitors, checking in students for exam appointments, answering phones, and other general office duties
