We host a series of live and virtual national, regional, and international invitation-only summits to help the most successful advisors further improve their practices. The summits convene the top 1% in the field, giving them the opportunity to share game plans for personal and professional growth. The W&AM (Barron's Advisor) group also serves as a thought leader in the industry, helping advisors develop best practices, benchmark their own practices, and advance their development by pairing them with coaches. Reporting to the Director, Wealth Management Partnerships, the Client Engagement Coordinator will represent the Barron's brand and be a key contributor ensuring a smooth client experience leading up to and in attendance at Barron's Advisor conferences. Our ideal candidate must combine an aptitude and attitude of willingness to serve and ability to interact with clients, as well as a skill set tending toward quality control and accuracy. You will need to be proficient and knowledgeable in all aspects of the benefits attendees receive, and be able to clearly communicate those details to clients. The candidate will travel to all Barron's Advisor Summits. Key Responsibilities include: Compile invitation lists from Advisor Database and key clients for all Advisor Summits and Regional events Maintain the Advisor Summit databases for accuracy and efficient use Assist in the management of the end-to-end registration process, including setting up Cvent registration sites, managing attendee data, providing on-site support and helping with post-event reporting.
