Senior Product Manager, Bottom Funnel

ELC Beauty LLC seeks a Senior Product Manager, Bottom Funnel in New York, NY.Job Duties: Establish vision, strategy, and execution of digital products and services through understanding of strategic brand direction, technology architecture and big picture consumer needs. Ideate, build and implement great digital products and experiences that deliver business value and improved consumer experiences. Create and communicate product strategies across organizations and teams to influence stakeholders to align behind the objectives. Promote inclusive and innovative culture and principles within cross functional teams, while setting new standards in executional and operational excellence. Build product learning agendas and OKRs to measure success/failure. Inspire, enable and empower cross functional teams to execute with a sense of urgency. Proactively influence cross-department agendas to deliver human centered outcomes that balance short- and long-term objectives. Use strategic and tactical thinking to identify and prioritize opportunities in highly ambiguous contexts; organize work in deep detail to align long term vision with iterative execution. Regularly and systematically use data to uncover opportunities, track product performance, and drive decision making.Job Requirements: Masters degree in Business Administration, Strategic Design & Management, Design or a related field or foreign equivalent and two (2) years of experience as a Manager in the Digital Product space. Experience must include managing eCommerce initiatives for global enterprises related to business-facing content or data tools; Influencing a matrixed organization; Working with eCommerce products, platforms and technologies; Working with human-centered design principles; Using analytics tools and data-driven decision-making; and utilizing agile methodologies and iterative development processes.
