Requirements:

• Experience preparing salads, appetizers, desserts, and other cold station menu items
• Strong prep skills with attention to consistency, quality, and presentation
• Prior experience in a high-volume restaurant (NYC experience preferred)
• Understanding of various cooking methods, ingredients, equipment, and kitchen procedures
• Ability to execute tasks accurately, efficiently, and with a sense of urgency
• Knowledge of Department of Health standards and food safety best practices
• Full-time availability, including weekends, evenings, and some holidays
• Positive attitude with a strong work ethic and willingness to support the team to deliver an exceptional guest experience
