Senior Financial Analyst

In this role, you’ll own the month-end close process, produce financial statements and management reports, and deliver the kind of sharp business analytics that help leadership make confident decisions. Requirements

Accounting & Close

• Lead the month-end close process: journal entry generation, account and inventory reconciliation

• Prepare financial statements and management reports with accompanying analysis

• Manage regulatory compliance filings, including monthly Excise Tax returns

• Support annual audit preparation and provide audit assistance as needed

• Provide cross-functional coverage for Accounting Staff during peak periods

Business Analytics & Planning

• Deliver business analytics focused on operational performance and management decision-making

• Support Sales Management with analysis, field promotion processing, and marketing spend tracking to the program level

• Assist the CFO with annual plan preparation and supporting analytics

Systems & Process

• Serve as a Power User of NetSuite; identify and drive process improvements in partnership with Finance and IT

• Contribute to the adoption and optimization of cloud-based reporting tools

• Design complex Excel models (pivot tables, lookups, and advanced formulas) to analyze financial data, improve reporting accuracy, and drive business insights.

CPG experience a plus
