Job Description
- Advise clients on real estate transactions, including acquisitions, dispositions, and leasing matters.
- Draft and negotiate complex real estate agreements and contracts.
- Conduct due diligence and manage transaction closings.
- Collaborate with other departments to provide comprehensive legal solutions.
- Stay updated on real estate laws and regulations to ensure compliance.
- Provide strategic advice to clients on risk management and legal implications.
- Represent clients in negotiations and other related legal proceedings.
- Maintain strong client relationships through effective communication and service delivery.
The Successful Applicant
A successful candidate should have:
- Three to five years of commercial real estate experience (class years 2021-2023)
- Strong background in acquisitions, dispositions, financings, joint ventures, fund formation, and leasing
- Record of high academic achievement
- Experience in a sophisticated law‑firm environment
- Strong drafting, analytical, and transactional skills
- Ability to manage multiple workstreams and client demands
- Collaborative, proactive, and committed to professional growth
What's on Offer
- Starting base salary expected between $260,000 and $365,000, based on experience and job‑related factors.
- Up to 29 days of paid time off after one full calendar year of full-time employment.
