We are seeking a compassionate Full-Time Rehabilitative Associate- Overnight Floater to join our team at Brentwood, NY. In this role, you will provide on-site coverage to various licensed programs throughout Suffolk, Nassau, and Queens Counties. Provide supportive counseling, restorative services, ADL Training, and crisis intervention to people with psychiatric disabilities in a licensed residential program.
RiseWell’s Residential Services provide those in recovery from serious mental illness a safe, reliable home with on-site support. Our Residential team assists participants with an array of services aimed at supporting their recovery and improving their quality of life. Services include medication monitoring, skill-building development, symptom management, socialization, transportation training, connections to psychiatric and medical services, and more.

Requirements:
High School Diploma and two years’ experience with persons with psychiatric disabilities OR BA in Human Services. Clean valid NY State Driver’s License. Fingerprinting, criminal record check, approval from NYS Office of Mental Health.
