- MSW degree from a CSWE accredited college or University accredited by the US Department of Education or internationally recognized accrediting organization
- Minimum of two years of post-MSW social work practice experience
- Earned PhD in social work, social welfare, or a related field from a college or university accredited by the U.S Department of Education or internationally recognized accrediting organization by August 15, 2025
- Commitment to excellence in scholarship, teaching, and service
- Demonstrated strength and success in research productivity
- Experience teaching and/or developing courses across modalities (in-person, hybrid, synchronous, asynchronous)
