US Partner Manager

We’re looking for a Partner Manager for the U.S. market to acquire, develop, and manage channel partners, including digital agencies, IT consultancies, and technology partners. Requirements
- Develop and Strengthen Partnerships: Cultivate and expand relationships with existing channel partners to accelerate revenue growth. Act as a trusted advisor, proactively engaging with partners to understand their business needs and aligning them with our solutions and goals.
- Strategic Partner Acquisition & Growth: Collaborate closely with the Usercentrics Partner Team (Partner Managers, Partner Enablement, Marketing, BDRs) to identify, onboard, and nurture high-value strategic partners; including digital marketing agencies, web development firms, legal consultancies, and other service providers within our partner ecosystem.
- Own and Expand Your Partner Portfolio with Revenue Accountability: Take ownership of a defined partner portfolio, driving measurable revenue growth. Establish and execute individual business plans with partners, including setting clear KPIs, revenue targets, and performance metrics to ensure mutual success.
- Drive Lead Generation & Demand Creation: Actively work with partners to develop and execute demand generation activities, including joint marketing campaigns, events, and co-selling initiatives, ensuring a strong pipeline of partner-driven leads.
- Negotiate & Structure Winning Partnerships: Lead contract negotiations and deal structuring, ensuring mutually beneficial agreements while building strong relationships with key stakeholders on the partner side (C-level executives, Sales, Product, and Operations teams). Foster commitment and accountability by aligning incentives and tracking key performance indicators.
- Enablement & Success Management: Drive partner activation,co-selling initiatives, ensuring they have the tools and knowledge to maximize growth and success with our solutions. Monitor partner performance regularly, identifying opportunities for increased engagement and revenue acceleration.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration & Product Feedback: Work closely with Product Management, Tech, and other internal teams to relay partner insights, influence roadmap decisions, and continuously improve product feature offerings based on real-world partner feedback.
You Bring
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience in Business, Marketing, Technology, or a related field.
- Proven experience in Partnership Management, Business Development, Customer Success, or Account Management with a strong focus on driving revenue and partner engagement.
- A commercial mindset, whether you have extensive experience or are eager to grow into a revenue-driven role.
- Proven track record of working with U.S.-based partners, understanding the nuances of the North American market.
- An existing network within digital agencies, SaaS ecosystems, or technology partners is a strong plus.
- Fluent business English (additional languages are a plus).
- Exceptional negotiation, persuasion, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to engage and influence partners at various levels, including C-suite executives.
- Experience in business planning with partners, setting and tracking KPIs, and driving revenue growth and long-term commitment.
- A proactive, hands-on mindset, with a track record of executing demand generation, co-marketing, and co-selling initiatives with partners.
- Ability to work cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, and Product teams in a fast-paced SaaS environment.
- Familiarity or experience with AdTech, Consent Management, and Digital Marketing ecosystems is a strong plus.

Salary Range:
$95,000 - $105,000 Base
$140,000 OTE
