Responsibilities
- Raw Material & Supplier Quality
- Finished Product Testing
- Safety & Compliance
- HACCP/HARPC Plans
- GMP Audits: Walking the floor to ensure all employees are following "Good Manufacturing Practices" (e.g., hairnets, hand washing, no jewelry).
- Traceability: Maintaining records so that if a specific batch of flour is recalled, the company can identify exactly which cookies it went into.
