Job Summary:

Homeside Rehab is seeking a compassionate and skilled Occupational Therapist or OTA to join our pediatric home health team in Staten Island, NY. In this role, you will deliver individualized, evidence-based therapy to pediatric patients in their homes, making a meaningful impact while enjoying schedule flexibility and a supportive team environment.

Job Responsibilities:

• Evaluate patients and develop individualized treatment plans based on clinical assessment and patient goals

• Provide evidence-based OT interventions to improve motor skills, functional independence, and developmental outcomes

• Maintain accurate, timely documentation of all patient care in accordance with regulatory requirements

• Collaborate with the clinical team to ensure coordinated and effective treatment

• Communicate clearly with office staff, patients, and caregivers regarding progress and care plans

Job Qualifications:

• Active NYS Occupational Therapy License (OT or COTA) — required

• Basic computer proficiency for electronic documentation

• Preferred: 1 year of experience in Home Health, Outpatient, or Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) settings

• Strong clinical assessment and interpersonal communication skills

• Ability to work independently in a home health environment

• Valid NYS driver's license and reliable transportation for home visits

• Pediatric experience is preferred

• Minimum 1 year of experience in Home Health, Outpatient, or Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) settings

• Pediatric OT experience

• Job Type: Full-time, Part-time, Per Diem

• Salary: $45 - $75 per hour

• Location: Staten Island, NY 10314

• Schedule Flexibility: Choose your own hours, day and evening shifts available, Monday to Friday, with weekend availability as needed
