Per-Diem Evening Certified Nursing adjunct (CNA)

We are pursuing a highly motivated and compassionate Certified Nursing adjunct (CNA) to join our team on a per-diem basis. As a CNA, you will be responsible for providing quality care to our residents in a skilled nursing facility. You will work under the supervision of a licensed nurse and will be responsible for assisting with activities of everyday living, taking vital signs, and providing emotional support to our residents.
Job location: Hudson, NY
Pay Rate: $25 per hour
Shifts: 3pm-11pm

Certified Nursing adjunct Qualifications required

»Current CNA certification in the state of New York

»Previous practice in a skilled nursing facility preferred

»Strong communication and interpersonal expertise

» capability to work independently and as part of a team

»Must be able to lift and transfer residents as needed

Certified Nursing adjunct Responsibilities:

»Assist residents with activities of everyday living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting

»Take and record vital signs such as blood pressure, temperature, and pulse

»Assist with mobility, including transferring residents to and from bed, wheelchair, or other equipment

»Provide emotional support and encouragement to residents

»Document care provided and report any changes in resident condition to the licensed nurse

»Follow all updated medical compliance regulations

»Have SNF (skilled nursing facility) practice
