Server Assistant
The Server Assistant at Le Pavillon is responsible for preparing the dining room for service, table maintenance and contributing to the general flow of the restaurant.
They should have the ability to provide the highest standard of service, superior communication and interpersonal skills, exceptional organizational skills and the ability to handle a high volume environment. Competencies:

- Knowledge of tableside etiquette in an upscale environment
- Punctual with a strong sense of urgency and work ethic with the ability to multitask
- A warm, compassionate, and team-focused approach
- Ability to lift up to 25lbs if necessary
- Stand for long periods during service
Position requires:
- Full availability - daytime hours, evening hours and weekends
