Managing Director (MD) [Architecture & Real Estate | Singapore Branch] (Town of Islip)

Responsibilities:
- Provide overall management and strategic oversight of the Singapore branchs operations and business administration.
- Formulate and execute operational strategies within the architecture and real estate industries.
- Build, strengthen, and maintain relationships with clients, partners, and key stakeholders.
- Lead cross-functional teams, ensuring effective organizational performance and growth.
- Liaise with and report to the head office in Japan on business performance, operations, and strategic matters.
- Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned.
Requirements:
- Bachelors or Masters degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Real Estate, or related fields.
- Approximately 15+ years of practical experience in the architecture and real estate industries, with a strong emphasis on operations management (e.g., 1012 years of industry experience plus 35 years in senior management).
- Proven track record as a Managing Director or in an equivalent senior leadership position.
