💰 Base Salary : $52,000 - $55,000 annually (based on experience)

💼What You’ll Do:

• Lead & Inspire – Manage daily studio operations while motivating and developing a high-performing team of Flexologists and Sales Associates.
• Drive Membership Growth – Implement sales strategies, local marketing, and community outreach initiatives to grow our client base and exceed revenue goals.
• Deliver an Exceptional Client Experience – Foster a positive, inclusive studio environment that keeps clients engaged and coming back.
• Manage Studio Operations – Ensure the studio runs smoothly, maintaining high standards for cleanliness, safety, and customer satisfaction.
• Recruit & Develop Staff – Hire, onboard, and provide ongoing training for employees to ensure a strong, motivated team.
• Track & Optimize Performance – Monitor key performance indicators, manage budgets, and implement strategies for studio growth.

🔍 Who We’re Looking For:

• 1+ years of management experience, preferably in fitness, wellness, or retail.
• Proven ability to drive sales and meet/exceed revenue goals.
• Strong leadership and team-building skills – ability to motivate, train, and develop employees.
• Exceptional customer service skills and the ability to create a welcoming environment.
• Highly organized and detail-oriented, with strong time-management abilities.
• Passion for health & wellness, with a desire to educate and inspire others.
• Tech-savvy mindset – experience with AI-driven tools for operations is a plus!

💰 Compensation & Benefits:

• Base Salary: $52,000 - $55,000 annually (based on experience)
