Overview

We’re looking for dependable painters who take pride in quality workmanship and have experience across commercial and residential environments. This position involves preparing and finishing a wide range of surfaces and contributing to projects that require precision, efficiency, and strong attention to detail. If you enjoy hands‑on work and producing clean, professional results, this role could be a great fit.

What You’ll Do

• Apply paint using various techniques, including rolling, brushing, and detailed edge work
• Protect work areas by covering floors and relocating furniture or equipment when needed
• Create straight, clean cut lines along ceilings, corners, and trim
• Operate extendable rollers for higher or larger surfaces
• Repair surface imperfections, including drywall patching and sanding, to achieve a smooth finish
• Maintain an organized and safe workspace throughout each project

What You Bring

• Previous experience in the painting field (commercial, residential, or both)
• Strong capability with brush-and-roll techniques, edging, and trim work
• Reliable work history within painting, construction, or related trades
• Understanding of surface preparation, caulking, and roller application
• A detail-oriented mindset and solid craftsmanship

Additional Desired Qualifications

• Experience in commercial or industrial painting environments
• Familiarity with construction workflows and jobsite expectations
• Ability to work efficiently in both team and independent settings

Schedule & Work Setting

• Hours: Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM
• All work is performed in commercial or industrial facilities
• Projects may include office renovations, new construction sites, and upgrades within business parks

Job Type & Location

This is a Permanent position based out of Webster, NY.

The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $23.00/hr.
