Board Certified Behavior Analyst
Job Title: Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
Location: Orange County and Rockland County
Job Type: Part-Time
Position Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to provide behavioral support and consultation services. The BCBA will work collaboratively with clients, families, and interdisciplinary teams to develop, implement, and monitor individualized behavior intervention plans.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct functional behavior assessments (FBAs) and develop behavior intervention plans (BIPs)
- Provide consultation and training to caregivers, staff, and stakeholders
- Analyze data and adjust treatment plans based on client progress
- Ensure all services are delivered in accordance with ethical guidelines and best practices
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams including educators, therapists, and medical professionals
Qualifications:
- Current BCBA certification in good standing
- Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or a related field
- Experience working with individuals with autism spectrum disorder and/or developmental disabilities
- Strong data analysis and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple cases
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in school, clinic, or home-based settings
- Familiarity with insurance requirements and documentation
Compensation:
- Competitive hourly rate / salary based on experience
- Flexible schedule (if applicable)
