Responsibilities

• Provide outstanding customer support to Italian-speaking clients via phone, email, and chat regarding high-end coffee machines.
• Address inquiries, troubleshoot issues, and resolve customer concerns efficiently.
• Demonstrate a comprehensive understanding of the products, emphasizing their features and benefits.
• Document all interactions accurately in the CRM system to maintain reliable customer records.
• Work collaboratively with team members to enhance the customer service experience.
• Participate in training sessions to stay updated on product knowledge and service techniques.
• Gather customer feedback and propose improvements in service processes.

• Fluent in both written and spoken Italian and English.
• Exceptional communication skills and a passion for customer service.

• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Previous experience in customer service, preferably in a premium or technical product sector.
