CASE MANAGER/FAMILY DEVELOPMENT SPECIALIST
Family Service League (FSL), a cornerstone in the Long Island community for providing compassionate support and individual as well as family services, is seeking a dedicated professional to join our team as a Case Manager/Family Development Specialist. This role focuses on facilitating the personal and social development of families through comprehensive assessments, planning and coordinating support services tailored to each familys unique needs. By intervening effectively across a spectrum of challenges including mental health, financial instability, and educational barriers, you will help us move our clients towards sustainable independence and improved quality of life.
