Your Responsibilities Include:
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
- Monitor and document patients' vital signs, health status, and changes.
- Assist patients with daily living activities and support their emotional and physical needs.
- Assist in the development and implementation of individualized care plans.
- Provide education and support to patients and their families regarding healthcare needs.
Requirements
Qualifications:
- Valid New York State LPN license.
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in a clinical setting, preferably in long-term care.
- Strong clinical skills and the ability to perform assessments.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification is required.
