**Qualifications:**- Bachelor's degree in Civil, Chemical, Environmental Engineering, or related fields required.
- Current PE license required.
- Ideally, over 10 years of experience in water treatment.
- Proficient in MS Office; knowledge of CAD/Revit is a plus.
- Valid driver's license and ability to travel to job sites and client meetings.
- Capable of independent work with limited supervision.
- Previous experience in team leadership and mentoring is essential.
