Position: In Person Tutor & Virtual

Location: Travel to Library within your area + remote

Type: Part Time

Responsibilities:

• Provide individualized instruction to students in various subjects, tailoring teaching methods to meet their specific needs.
• Create engaging and effective lesson plans that align with the curriculum and learning objectives.
• Foster a positive and encouraging learning environment to motivate and inspire students.
• Evaluate students' progress and adjust teaching strategies accordingly.
• Communicate regularly with students' parents or guardians to provide updates on progress and address any concerns.
• Collaborate with fellow tutors and staff to share best practices and contribute to the growth of the tutoring center.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree or higher
• Proven expertise in the subject(s) you will be tutoring.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Patience and empathy in working with students of diverse backgrounds and learning abilities.
• Previous tutoring or teaching experience is a plus.
• Enthusiasm for education and a genuine desire to help students succeed.
