About the Role

As the Enterprise Lead for Claude.ai, you will drive Claude's adoption and growth across large organizations. You'll own the end-to-end enterprise strategy, from product vision to execution, across various enterprise segments and industry verticals. This role requires deep expertise in enterprise software, security and compliance frameworks, and a proven track record of building and scaling enterprise-grade products.

You'll work at the strategic intersection of AI capabilities and enterprise needs, driving adoption and transforming Claude into a mission-critical solution for organizations worldwide.

Core Responsibilities

Strategic Leadership & Vision

• Define and execute Anthropic's enterprise product strategy, driving significant growth through enterprise adoption


• Develop and drive the enterprise product roadmap, including security, compliance, deployment models, and industry-specific solutions


• Shape the organizational structure and resourcing strategy for enterprise product development

Enterprise Growth & Market Expansion

• Drive scalable growth across multiple verticals and segments


• Build and execute go-to-market strategies for regulated industries and enterprise organizations


• Partner with sales leadership to establish customer relationships and drive adoption metrics across large organizations

Cross-functional Leadership & Team Building

• Build and lead cross-functional teams focused on enterprise growth


• Direct product development teams across core enterprise capabilities and industry solutions


• Collaborate with executive leadership to align enterprise strategy with broader company objectives


• Partner with key stakeholders across Product, Marketing, Applied AI, Customer Success, and Research

Product Strategy & Development

• Direct the development of core enterprise capabilities including security, compliance, and deployment features


• Drive the productization of industry-specific solutions


• Enable enterprise-scale deployments with features that make Claude attractive for professional use


• Create compelling packaging strategies across our product portfolio

Qualifications

Required Experience

• 10+ years of product management experience, with at least 5 years in enterprise software leadership


• Proven track record of launching and scaling enterprise products


• Deep understanding of enterprise security, compliance, and regulated industry requirements


• Experience building and scaling product organizations, including hiring and developing product leaders


• Exceptional stakeholder management skills with ability to influence at C-level


• Experience driving product-led and sales-led growth motions in parallel


• Track record of success with industry-specific enterprise solutions

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in AI/ML enterprise products


• Background in regulated industries (healthcare, financial services, education)


• Understanding of enterprise transformation and change management


• Experience building products for large organizations


• Strong network in enterprise software

Leadership Competencies

• Strategic thinking with ability to connect technology capabilities to business outcomes


• Exceptional communication skills across technical, business, and executive audiences


• Ability to drive urgency and execution across distributed teams


• Track record of building high-performing product organizations

The expected salary range for this position is:

Annual Salary:

$385,000—$460,000 USD

Logistics

Education requirements: We require at least a Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience.

Location-based hybrid policy: Currently, we expect all staff to be in one of our offices at least 25% of the time. However, some roles may require more time in our offices.
