What You Would Do
· Lead and develop a team of Logistics Assistants
· Monitor staff engagement, ensuring that employees are engaged and fulfilled
· Oversee production installation scheduling of new and existing customers
· Ensure our customers have a remarkable experience with our company
Requirements
What We Need for this Role
· 2+ year of call center or customer service management experience
· Proven ability to motivate, guide, and direct a team to reach and exceed business goals
· Strong verbal and written communication skills
· Proficient computer skills
