We are currently seeking a personable and service-driven Remote Customer Service Representative to become part of our team. In this position, you will act as the main resource for customers, providing assistance with reservations, orders, account-related inquiries, rewards programs, and general support needs. The ideal candidate enjoys delivering exceptional service, has strong communication skills, and performs well in a dynamic remote setting.

Responsibilities

• Communicate with customers through telephone, email, live chat, and social media platforms to address questions and requests.

• Provide support with bookings, order-related matters, account assistance, and various customer service needs.

• Handle concerns and complaints with professionalism while ensuring a positive customer experience.

• Share accurate details regarding menu items, special promotions, company policies, and available services.

• Process customer requests, including account changes, reimbursement inquiries, and loyalty program support.

• Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions within internal systems.

• Forward complex situations to supervisors or appropriate departments when additional assistance is required.

• Achieve established service objectives related to quality, responsiveness, and customer satisfaction.

• Contribute to customer loyalty and retention by delivering outstanding support and hospitality.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent educational background.

• Previous experience in customer support, hospitality, food service, call center operations, or office administration is advantageous.

• Strong verbal and written communication abilities.

• Effective critical thinking and conflict-management skills.

• Familiarity with computer systems, CRM platforms, and Microsoft Office applications.
