Corporate Catering & Events Manager

We’re seeking an experienced Full Time Corporate Catering & Events Manager to lead our corporate food programs and events from planning through execution. This role is ideal for someone who understands high-volume, recurring corporate catering, excels at managing people, and takes pride in delivering consistently excellent service.

You’ll oversee day-to-day catering operations, manage and grow on-site teams, and serve as a key point of contact for both clients and internal stakeholders. Success in this role requires strong leadership, operational discipline, and a hospitality-first mindset.

What You’ll Do

• Lead corporate catering programs and events, including daily meal service, recurring office catering, and special events

• Own staffing operations: hiring, onboarding, scheduling, training, and performance management

• Build and manage on-site service teams, ensuring proper coverage and high standards of execution

• Act as the primary client contact for corporate catering programs and events

• Oversee logistics including timelines, staffing plans, equipment, deliveries, and setup/breakdown

• Maintain consistent standards for food presentation, service flow, and guest experience

• Ensure all operations comply with food safety, sanitation, and health regulations

• Communicate clearly with internal operations, culinary teams, and vendors

• Troubleshoot service issues in real time and implement long-term process improvements

• Track labor needs and support forecasting for staffing and event volume

• Contribute to the development of SOPs and training materials

Who You Are

• 3+ years experience in corporate catering, hospitality operations, or events management

• Proven experience hiring, training, and managing service staff

• Strong leadership presence with the ability to motivate and hold teams accountable

• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing multiple programs at once

• Professional, confident, and polished in client-facing environments

• Calm, decisive, and solutions-driven under pressure
