About Us:
Ally Door Hardware is a fast-growing commercial architectural hardware company specializing in Division 8 aftermarket sales and locksmith services. We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Accounts Payable / Accounts Receivable & Collections Specialist to manage daily accounting functions, billing accuracy, and customer collections to ensure healthy cash flow and smooth financial operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Process vendor bills, purchase orders, and payments through QuickBooks .
• Create and send client invoices accurately and promptly.
• Manage A/R aging reports , follow up on overdue accounts, and maintain strong communication with clients regarding payments.
• Reconcile accounts, verify billing discrepancies, and ensure proper allocations of credits and debits.
• Maintain vendor relationships and resolve any payment or statement issues.
• Track and manage vendor compliance documentation (W-9s, COIs, etc.).
• Work with project managers to confirm completed work before invoicing.
• Update and maintain accounting records for Corrigo Pro, Ariba, and other client billing portals.
• Prepare weekly reports on open invoices, payments received, and collection activity.
• Support month-end closing and assist the accounting lead or CFO as needed.

Qualifications:

• 3+ years of experience in A/P, A/R, or collections (preferably in a construction or service-related industry).
• Proficient in QuickBooks (desktop and/or online).
• Experience with Corrigo Pro, Ariba, or similar client billing platforms is a plus.
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and accuracy.
• Excellent communication and follow-up skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Outlook, and digital document management.

Compensation & Details:

• Salary Range: $55,000 – $65,000 per year (based on experience).
• Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM.
• Location: Bronx, NY (on-site).
