Our Madison Avenue location features state-of-the-art equipment, immersive studio classes, and a full bathhouse recovery experience TMPL BATHS with saunas, cold plunges, and steam.

Position Overview:
We are seeking an energetic and motivated Membership Sales Consultant to join the founding team at TMPL Madison. The ideal candidate has a passion for fitness, wellness, and luxury service, with strong people skills and a drive to exceed goals. This is a high-energy, relationship-based role where your personality and professionalism make all the difference.

Key Responsibilities:

• Generate new memberships through outreach, tours, and referrals
• Deliver exceptional service to every guest and potential member
• Consistently meet or exceed monthly sales goals
• Represent TMPL’s brand and luxury experience in all interactions
• Support local marketing activations and community events
• Maintain accurate lead tracking and follow-up communications

Qualifications:

• 1–3 years of experience in sales, hospitality, or fitness
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Self-motivated, confident, and goal-oriented
• Enthusiastic about health, fitness, and personal growth
• Professional appearance and polished demeanor
• Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
