Sunday-Thursday
DUTIES ,BUT NOT LIMITED TO:
- Must be FRIENDLY, DETAIL ORIENTED, ORGANIZED, FAST LEARNER, GOOD AT MULTI TASKING
- Submitting Preauthorization to Insurance Companies, checking eligibility
- Answering telephone inquiries and direct calls
- Targets patient satisfaction
- Schedule appointments for patients , Confirm appointments
- Prepare patients charts
- Patient check-in check-outs
- Retrieving patient records
- Obtain, record and update patient's insurance and personal information
- Collect patients' co payments
- Interact with patients and other physician offices to assist with follow up appointments
- Protects patients' rights by maintaining patient confidentiality of personal and financial information
- Contributes to team efforts by accomplishing assigned tasked as needed
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $19.00 - $22.00 per hour
Expected hours: No less than 40 per week
