Sr. Associate, Audience Management Strategy & Enablement
Our financial services client is looking for a Sr. Associate, Audience Management Strategy & Enablement to work a fully-remote 6-month role (40 hrs/week). KEY RESPONSIBILITIES * Strategic Campaign Support: Provide strategic guidance and hands-on support for the use of activation audiences to maximize the effectiveness and efficiency of digital media campaigns across display, social, and search platforms. * Compliance & Controls: Ensure audience strategies comply with operational controls, data privacy, and regulatory requirements by partnering with Legal, Compliance, and Risk teams. * Technology Collaboration: Work with Product and Technology teams to identify, evaluate, and help implement new tools and technologies that enhance media targeting and measurement capabilities. * Best Practices & Knowledge Sharing: Develop, document, and share best practices for audience segmentation, targeting, and campaign optimization across the organization. * Performance Monitoring & Insights: Monitor campaign performance, analyze data, and generate actionable insights to inform future strategies and drive continuous improvement. * Cross-Functional Partnership: Collaborate with LOB marketers, technology teams, and external vendors to ensure alignment and effective execution of audience management strategies.QUALIFICATIONS * Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business, Data Analytics, or related field; advanced degree a plus. * 3+ years of experience in digital media marketing, audience management, or related fields. * Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and generate actionable insights. * Exceptional communication skills, with a proven ability to present complex strategies and insights to business leads and senior stakeholders. * Familiarity with data privacy, regulatory requirements, and operational controls. * Experience with DMPs, CDPs, and marketing technology platforms preferred. * Excellent collaboration skills, with the ability to work cross-functionally. * Experience managing projects, teams, or vendors is desirable. * Firsthand experience with advanced use of MS PowerPoint, Atlassian (JIRA, Confluence) and WYSIWYG drag and drop interphases.In this position, you may have access to client or customer systems, confidential and/or proprietary information or data, including financial information.BenefitsCreative Circle's Freelance Employee benefits package includes eligibility for Minimum Essential Coverage (MEC) medical plan, dental/vision/term life package, discount prescription program, critical illness, accident, tele-behavioral health, and 401(k) plan.
