Hiring friendly, outgoing hostess to work in our lobby greeting and directing guests in a warm and professional manner. Must have excellent customer service skills and seek to enhance the guest's experience during their time in the restaurant however they are able. A hostess will work closely with management to maintain an organized flow of customers coming in and out of Our facility

Seeking VERY detailed staff who presents themselves in a professional manner who are friendly and upbeat.

Hostess to must work At least one week day night and a must on Weekends both afternoon and evening shifts,. The ideal candidate loves making small talk with customers

• Arrive to work On time, in full uniform prepared for your shift Greet customers as soon as they walk through the door
• Provide patrons with accurate direction
• Maintain a neat, organized front-of-house environment in all areas, Including coat check when needed.
• Assist with opening/closing tasks and side work as needed
• Answer phones and schedule appointments,
• Re-stocking sales office with supplies and menus
• High school diploma/GED preferred
• Must be available on one weekday night and on Every weekend, we have flexible shifts depending on event schedules
• 1+ years customer service experience, preferably in the hospitality industry
• Ability to work 6+ hours on your feet at a time
• Friendly, Outgoing and smiling personality big plus
• Team player who looks for ways to help out other employees whenever needed

Summary

As a Lobby Hostess and Staff member, you will be essential in creating a welcoming atmosphere for our guests, ensuring exceptional customer service and hospitality. Reporting to the Front of House Manager, your role involves utilizing your restaurant experience and communication skills to assist guests and manage seating arrangements. Your proficiency with POS systems, including Aloha and Micros, will enhance the guest experience. With a high school diploma or GED, you will contribute to our commitment to outstanding guest relations and service excellence in a vibrant environment.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $17.00 - $19.00 per hour

Expected hours: 16 - 25 per week
