TOTAL COMPENSATION

$180K to $280K + Equity

Key Responsibilities

• Engaging with customers / internal stakeholders to identify how we can solve SMB financial challenges through software, translate them into technical specifications, and ensure successful execution.

• Be responsible for full software development lifecycle as we deliver on the product roadmap — design, development, testing, operating in production

• Continuously refine our engineering processes, tools, and systems to scale the codebase, boost productivity, and grow the team.

Qualifications

• Experience at an early stage hypergrowth startup.

• A hands-on engineer who turns ideas into results.

• Can system architect end-to-end solutions for entire products.

• Experience with Google Cloud Platform (GCP).

• Strong fluency in JavaScript / TypeScript, and Node.js / Express.

• Extensive experience designing schemas for SQL databases.

• A high ownership, do what it takes mentality, that doesn’t see a job as “just a job”
