Line Cook
-Minimum 2 years experience on the hotline
-Friday and Saturday nights with opportunity to add two weekend AM shifts and Sunday nights
-Must be able to temp proteins properly
-Ability to multitask while maintaining quality standards of the restaurant in a high paced environment
-Ability to follow and replicate recipes under the guidance of the chef
