Bartender
Castell’s is looking for a bartender with real command of cocktail fundamentals and the ability to move with speed and precision. Someone who stays clean, organized, and consistent throughout service. No theatrics. No fuss. Just disciplined, confident bartending.
What we need• Strong knowledge of classic cocktails and balanced builds
• Fast, efficient workflow without sacrificing accuracy
• Clean, buttoned up bar presence
• Comfort with inventory, product tracking, and ordering
• Professionalism with guests and quiet confidence behind the bar
• Interest in spirits and cocktail history
• Mixology background or curiosity is a plus
Castell’s is a fine dining restaurant in Gravesend Brooklyn with a serious bar and service program. Attention to detail matters. Speed matters. Clean technique matters. The bar works in sync with the kitchen and dining room, and every drink reflects that standard.
Responsibilities• Prepare classic and house cocktails to exact specs
• Maintain a clean, organized station throughout service
• Handle inventory and assist in ordering
• Support service bar and coordinate flow with the floor team
• Uphold Castell’s standards for hospitality and execution
