Our team in Corporate Group is looking for an IT Executive Support Specialist to join them. You will report to the End User Services Service Delivery Manager and will have a fully onsite work schedule in East Aurora, NY.
As a key member of our IT service delivery team, you will be responsible for providing white-glove technical support to our executive team, ensuring seamless functionality of their IT systems and enhancing overall productivity.
To be considered for the IT Executive Support Specialist role, here's what you'll need to bring with you:
- Typically, a bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Management Information Systems, or other relevant field
- An associate level degree with additional years of professional experience may also be considered.
- 2+ years' experience providing proactive and reactive IT support to include desktop hardware and software management in a customer-facing role, ideally including executive population interface.
- Familiarity in setup and troubleshooting of web conferencing tools and audio video equipment, such as Microsoft Teams, WebEx, and On24 would be helpful.
- Experience with the ServiceNow platform, VMWare Workspace One would be beneficial.
- IT Support Certifications such as CompTIA A+ or Network+, and ITIL Foundation Certification are desirable.
As an IT Executive Support Specialist, you will:
- Work on site across our East Aurora, New York campus providing high-touch, personalized, on-site, and remote technical support to executive leadership, addressing IT issues such as hardware, software, network, and mobility issues promptly.
- Diagnose and resolve various IT issues related to computers, mobile devices, software applications, and connectivity to maintain optimal performance and availability.
- Collaborate effectively with executives and their support staff to understand their technology needs and communicate technical solutions in a clear and concise manner, catering to diverse technical backgrounds.
- Partner with other IT teams as needed to ensure expedited resolution of critical issues impacting executives and their support staff.
- Coordinate large-scale leadership meetings, off-sites, or events, ensuring all required technology resources are lined up and providing day-of Audio/Video support.
- Produce and support in person and virtual live meetings using web conferencing tools and audio video equipment such as Microsoft Teams Live, WebEx and On24.
- Understand and educate leaders on IT security policies and best practices to safeguard sensitive executive data and maintain compliance with relevant regulations.

The base pay range for this opportunity is $75,000 - $95,000 per year.

The base pay range represents the low and high end of the Moog pay range or indicates the hourly rate for this position in the given work location. Actual salaries will vary depending on many factors such as skills, experience, certifications and performance. The rate listed is just one component of Moog's total compensation package for employees. Other rewards may include a profit share bonus, employee stock purchase plan, a flexible paid time off policy, competitive 401K plan with enhanced matching program, and many region-specific benefits.
This position requires access to United States Export Controlled information.
