Position Summary:

We are looking for a team-oriented individual who will create an exceptional first impression for doctors, vendors, and all customers of our dental laboratory. In addition to being the first point of contact for all doctors and their team members, this role is a vital part of the customer service and shipping team.

Responsibilities/Skills:

  • Provides exceptional customer service to clients via telephone, email, or text to provide support and information on their cases
  • Performs a variety of administrative tasks for the customer service/shipping department
  • Fields customer questions and complaints; forwards calls to the assigned specialist or other appropriate staff as needed.
  • Maintains customer accounts and records of customer interactions with details of inquiries, complaints, or comments.
  • Assists the customer service and shipping team with tasks as needed
  • Maintains a professional manner throughout all interactions with customers and team members
  • Flexibility and willingness to support colleagues in a variety of ways
  • Time management, prioritization, and the ability to meet deadlines
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively
  • Excellent attention to detail, teamwork abilities, communication skills and organizational skills
  • Ability to identify and problem solve independently and within a team environment
  • Eagerness to learn and expand current skill set

Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent, preferred
  • Minimum 1-3 years experience, required
  • Technologically proficient. Comfortable using basic programs such as Microsoft office, G-suite, etc., and able to learn more complex software programs.

Pay: $18.00 - $22.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
