Responsibilities

● Build and execute social strategies supporting recruitment and employer branding

● Manage LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, X, and other channels

● Create, schedule, and publish content promoting jobs, culture, and success stories

● Grow engagement, followers, and qualified candidate traffic

● Monitor channels and respond to comments/DMs professionally

● Partner with recruiters and leadership on hiring campaigns

● Track KPIs (engagement, reach, conversions, growth) and report regularly

● Spot new trends and marketing opportunities

● Support paid social and lead-gen campaigns

● Keep content aligned with brand standards

Preferred

● Employer branding/recruitment advertising experience

● Paid social/PPC and lead-gen familiarity

● Graphic design or video editing skills

Qualifications

● Bachelor's in Marketing, Communications, or related field

●0–1 year in social/digital/recruitment marketing

● Track record growing audiences and engagement

● Strong knowledge of LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, X

● Experience with scheduling/analytics tools

● Excellent writing and editing skills

● Strong project and time management

● Data-driven and collaborative
