Inventory Control Analyst

Position:

Z-AXIS, Inc. and Bear Power Supplies a growing electronics manufacturer and custom power supply manufacture is looking for an Inventory Control Analyst. This individual will be responsible for all material management functions related to the planning, storage, control, and distribution of materials and products to meet company objectives and customer requirements

Responsibilities: · Inventory Control is responsible for materials / inventory management. Works directly with Manufacturing Manager, Production Planner, Sales, Customer Service, Purchasing, Quality, Engineering, and Line Leaders to fulfill agreed-upon manufacturing build plans.

· Manages all the operations in relations to the receiving functions of raw material, finished goods, inventory, material movement, and shipments, and supports the coordination of audits, cycle counting, physical inventory process, and inventory accuracy.

· Administers materials management functions relating to the planning, storage, control, and distribution of materials and products to meet company objectives and customer requirements.

· Ensure the accuracy of inventory to achieve company goals and objectives.

· Tracks material variance from the time of release to completion of finished goods.

· Provides guidance to maintain and improve inventory control including inventory accuracy and proper stocking levels.

· Troubleshoots, investigates and resolves problems resulting from material discrepancies, shortages and cycle counting activities.

· Supports the flow of inventory into and out of factory.

· Administers audits and oversees the cycle counting and physical inventory process, responsible for inventory accuracy

· All other related duties as required.

Requirements :

· US Citizenship (Z-AXIS does some government work)

. High School Graduate or GED.

· Proficient in the MS Office products.

. Prior inventory control or manufacturing experience preferred.

Z-AXIS Inc. provides quality design, prototyping and contract manufacturing services for complex electronic products and electromechanical assemblies. These devices include LED drivers, sensing and measurement devices, laser drivers, machine controls, and electronic medical devices. We also design and manufacture commercial, industrial, medical custom power supplies under our Bear Power Supplies brand. We are located in Phelps ( just east of Manchester, NY). We own our modern 32,000-square-foot design and manufacturing center and we are ISO9001:2015 certified. Z-AXIS has over 90 employees working in a single shift. We maintain two websites ZAXIS.net and BearPwr.com.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
