Candidate Pay Rate: $90,000 - $92,000

About the Role

• Seeking a Contract Business Support Analyst for the Banking Division COO Group of a leading global Investment & Corporate bank.
• The role involves managing data in coordination with bankers, COO Group colleagues, Finance, and IT partners, while providing essential support to users of the Banking Division CRM platform.
• This hybrid position in New York City requires local candidates to master CRM processes and ensure data accuracy for business success.

Responsibilities

• Master the processes involved in accessing and editing data in the CRM Platform (OneBanker/Salesforce)
• Develop and maintain thorough knowledge of the data and workflows in the CRM platform
• Contribute to the efficient and accurate monthly reconciliation of financial data
• Provide user support to bankers and other staff that use the CRM
• Support COO Group colleagues as needed

Required Qualifications

• 1-3 years of experience in finance or accounting
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to quickly learn, understand, and master processes and data management
• Strong verbal and written communication skills and interpersonal skills
• Attention to detail, strong quantitative skills, and high commitment to data accuracy
• Advanced Word, Excel (including nested formulas, macros, pivot tables, look-ups and VBA), SQL, and PowerPoint
• Motivated self-starter and team player who can navigate ambiguity effectively and drive decisions and change through influence and persuasion
• Familiarity with investment and corporate banking and capital market products
• Demonstrate sense of urgency in meeting challenging deadlines and achieving goals
• Comfort working in a multicultural environment
• Legal authorization to work in the United States
• Bachelor’s degree preferred

Preferred Qualifications

• Knowledge of Salesforce, Snowflake, PowerBI, Capital IQ, Python, and Dealogic
• Passion for providing business stakeholders with the data and support they need to drive success
