Automotive BDC Sales Representative

King O’Rourke Cadillac Buick GMC located on 756 Smithtown Bypass in Smithtown NY, is seeking to hire an Internet BDC representative with a strong focus on data mining Service customers for new & preowned vehicle sales. • Promote and seek out opportunities to deliver a top-notch customer experience
• Interact with customers to identify their individual needs and opportunities for new/used vehicle sales
• Answer inbound calls, set appointments, assist customers as necessary
• Daily outbound call campaigns to set appointments for Sales Department (service customers in need of new vehicle, out of warrantee, declination of services, etc.)
• Coordinating appointments via phone, text and email.
• Work closely with the BDC Manager and other BDC sales personnel to ensure sales or service lead opportunities are accounted for and appropriate notes are made in the CRM
• Stay informed about new products, features, accessories, etc., and their benefits to customers
• Complete product and sales/service training as requested by BDC
• Track all activity in the CRM (Customer Relations Management) Tool
• Must be able to prioritize your day and multi-task
