Qualifications You'll Bring

  • High School Diploma or GED equivalent required
  • Excellent organizational, communication, and time management skills
  • Ability to quickly learn new software/applications

Your Key Responsibilities

  • Gather all contracts from various locations (shared drives, email attachments, physical files) into one central location.
  • Migrate older paper contracts to digital, searchable versions.
  • Implement a consistent approach to file naming to ensure easy retrieval and organization.
  • Categorize contracts based on type, provider/health system name, effective dates, renewal terms, contract manager, and key clauses using metadata tagging.
  • Set up access controls to limit who can view, edit, or manage specific contracts.
