Are you a CDL-A driver in search of an OTR position that offers competitive pay and state-of-the-art equipment? Home Time: Typically on the road for 1-2 weeks at a time, depending on your location and available freight. We aim for weekly home time, although some 2-week stints may occur. Our schedule runs Monday through Saturday, allowing for a full 34-hour reset every Sunday.

Equipment: Our fleet is well-maintained, featuring trucks no older than three years, including Peterbilt 579s, International, and Freightliner models. All vehicles come equipped with inverters, refrigerators, and Qualcomm systems. Drivers have the option to take their truck and trailer home, with secure parking responsibility.

No Touch Freight: All our dry van loads are 100% no-touch freight, primarily consisting of automotive loads, with 70% drop and hook operations to minimize dock waiting times.

Pay and Miles: Earn an average weekly income of $1,350, $1,475, or $1,600, based on your hiring location, with the potential to drive 2,500-2,800 miles each week. Our base pay ranges from .45 to .55 CPM, plus a $750 monthly performance bonus ($0.09 CPM) for achieving 8,000 safe miles monthly.

Running Area: Our routes primarily cover areas east of I-35, with dedicated drivers having the opportunity to log up to 3,000 miles per week. Consistent freight lanes ensure steady mileage and earning potential.

Benefits: Health insurance coverage begins on the first day of the month following 60 days of employment. Additional benefits include vision, dental, life insurance, and a 401K program. After 90 days, drivers may also qualify for dedicated accounts.
