Transformation Lead - GenAI Business Strategy and Transformation

Overview

A leading international investment and technology development firm is looking to appoint a Transformation Lead – GenAI Business Strategy and Transformation.

The firm seeks a talented transformation lead to join its GenAI Business Strategy and Transformation (GAIBiz) team. GAIBiz accelerates GenAI adoption and opportunity identification across the firm by providing a commercial, human-centered perspective that complements technology and markets expertise. This role will partner with technology teams and business units to identify and enable high-impact GenAI opportunities, guiding the innovation pipeline from experimentation through to scaled solutions. The position offers the opportunity to shape the future of work at the firm by embedding measurable, human-centered GenAI solutions and modeling collaborative change. 

Key Responsibilities

• Work closely with business units to map end-to-end processes and to identify high-value opportunities for GenAI enablement.
• Lead the design and facilitation of experiments and pilots, creating and trialing new AI-enabled experiences and ways of working, and managing the incubation and scalable implementation of innovative solutions.
• Accelerate and shape GenAI adoption by monitoring drivers and barriers, training users, and championing best practices to achieve real business impact.
• Apply strong commercial acumen and a human-centered design approach, embedding GenAI solutions that deliver outcomes at pace, while driving consistency in innovation approaches across business units.
• Collaborate with key stakeholders—including technical teams and business unit leaders—to ensure alignment and support. 

Skills, Knowledge & Experience

• A bachelor’s degree is required along with at least ten years of relevant experience, with an accomplished track record in service design, innovation management, transformation, or related consulting roles. 
• Demonstrated, hands-on experience applying GenAI in professional settings is required. 
• Expertise in mixed-method user research, process mapping, commercial strategy, and user-centered design methods, with the ability to reimagine and improve business processes. 
• Proven ability to guide experimentation, facilitate adoption, and manage the end-to-end innovation pipeline from pilot to scaled implementation. 
• Experience effectively driving change together with highly technical teams and stakeholders.
• Exceptional collaboration, communication, and stakeholder management skills, with a proactive and entrepreneurial approach. 
• Keen ability to communicate ideas and solutions across formats (verbal, visual, simple prototypes, and so on); clear written communication is a must.

Company Benefits

The expected annual base salary for this position is $250,000 to $325,000. The compensation and benefits package includes variable compensation in the form of a year-end bonus, guaranteed in the first year of hire, and benefits including medical and prescription drug coverage, 401(k) contribution matching, wellness reimbursement, family building benefits, and a charitable gift match program.
