Private Events Staff
Temple Court is looking for Events Staff to join their growing team! This is specifically for our events.
Responsibilities:
- Mixing, garnishing and serving alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks according to company specifications for guests
- Keeping the bar stocked and clean while always providing friendly and attentive service
- Adhering to company standards for serving alcoholic beverages
- Taking accurate beverage orders from guests
- Delivering beverages to guests in a timely manner; ensuring that all orders are presented and delivered correctly
- Being ready and willing to assist fellow team members to maintain the smooth operation of the event
- Upholding service standards to ensure a memorable guest experience
- Maintaining and upholding our company's vision and values
- Demonstrating a passion for details and a willingness to learn
- Taking part in pre-service duties and applicable closing duties
- Maintaining a safe, sanitary, and organized work environment, including buffets, bars, and service areas
Qualifications:
- Ability to perform all technical service functions through the course of an event
- Experience with catering style service; ability to carry drinks and glassware on a serving tray
- Professional attitude that comes through in personal interactions and communications
- Has a sincere interest in the hospitality industry, food, and beverage
- Demonstrate clear written and verbal communication skills
- Able to work in a team environment and welcome feedback and direction
- Capability to stand for prolonged periods of time
- Lift up to 50 pounds of weight
- Ability to reach, bend, stoop, climb up and down stairs, walk, carry multiple objects
