Executive Assistant to Chief Executive Officer (City of White Plains)
Our client, an established wholesale distributor and manufacturing firm, is seeking an Executive Assistant (EA) to support their dynamic CEO. The ideal candidate should have relevant experience that demonstrates their ability to handle all administrative tasks, ensuring the CEO's operations run smoothly.
Salary : 65-80k base range
Location : Midtown, Manhattan
Responsibilities :
- Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate travel arrangements
- Track and process expense reports
- Prepare meeting agendas, take detailed notes, and follow up on action items
- Handle confidential information with discretion
- Draft and manage correspondence, presentations, and reports
- Interface professionally with internal and external stakeholders
- Assist with other ad hoc projects as needed
Qualifications :
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Attention to detail and creative problem-solving skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
