Lead Estimator income: Up to $100,000 annually



Lead Estimator Qualifications required

»Proven practice estimating commercial landscaping projects in the $10k - $100k range for a minimum of 5 years

»Strong interpersonal skills, enabling effective collaboration with clients

»Comfortable working in an office environment, utilizing computer software for estimation tasks

» broad expertise of landscape materials and techniques, encompassing planting, erosion control, sod, hardscape pavers, walls, concrete work, etc.

» capability to consistently deliver high-quality estimates, maintaining productivity during busy seasons

»Excellent communication skills to interact with various stakeholders within the company

»Exceptional organization and time management abilities

»Proficiency in computer skills, specifically in compiling accurate estimates

»Self-motivated and capable of working independently or within a team

Lead Estimator Responsibilities:

»Utilize your 5+ years of practice to accurately estimate commercial landscaping projects in the $10k - $100k range

»Collaborate seamlessly with clients to develop and present project estimates

»Perform estimation tasks within an office environment (this is not a field position)

»Exhibit skills in landscape materials, including planting of trees & plants, erosion control, sod, hardscape pavers, walls, concrete work, etc.

»Maintain an efficient work ethic, producing multiple completed estimates per week during peak seasons

»Communicate effectively with executive team, field operations, and accounting departments

»Demonstrate exceptional organizational and time management skills

»Proficiently utilize computer software to compile clean and accurate estimates

»Work independently and as part of a team to meet project requirements
