As a key member of Amazon Leo, you'll drive transformative technology solutions that connect unserved communities worldwide, turning ambitious technological visions into reality through strategic product management and innovative system design. Key job responsibilities- Own SAP Finance and Controlling (FICO) product roadmap and drive implementation strategy for finance initiatives including integration with Amazon Corporate systems.
- Define and prioritize SAP FICO product features and requirements to ensure timely and successful delivery.
- Drive product discussion vision, goals, tenets, and monthly business reviews with leadership and stakeholders.
- Develop use cases by gathering operating requirements, work with software development to build required features, clearly communicate dependencies and manage/track exceptions.
- Participate and build Proof of Concepts (POCs) to ensure proposed solution can meet business requirements using SAP S/4.
- Active participation in Unit Test, System Integration Test, User Acceptance Test, and User Training.
- Apply strong knowledge of the business processes for designing, developing, and testing SAP S/4 HANA ERP functionality, which includes expertise in general ledger, accounts receivable, accounts payable, asset management, project system, cost center accounting, & product cost controlling.
- Design features utilizing SAP S/4 HANA FICO module to meet business requirements, including connection points with SD, PP, MM, PS, and other modules and implementation of SAP best practices.
- Have an ability to navigate through a large amount of ambiguity and drive consensus between cross-functional stakeholder groups.
- Demonstrate crisp communication skills, have experience communicating project status to a broad audience and be willing to follow appropriate escalation channels to ensure delivery as planned.

Basic Qualifications- 5+ years of technical product or program management experience
- Experience owning/driving roadmap strategy and definition
- Experience with feature delivery and tradeoffs of a product
- 5+ years experience working as a functional lead or product manager with expertise in configuring SAP FICO module to meet business requirements, including connection points with SD, PP, MM, PS, and other modules.
- Export Control Requirement: Due to applicable export control laws and regulations, candidates must be a U.S. citizen or national, U.S. permanent resident (i.e., current Green Card holder), or lawfully admitted into the U.S. as a refugee or granted asylum.
- Experience in building and driving adoption of new tools
- Experience with Oracle ERP software and manufacturing execution systems
- Knowledge of Six Sigma tools, Lean techniques, PMP or similar standards preferred
- Expertise and in-depth knowledge of Make-to-Order & Order-to-Cash processes.
- Experience with SAP Material Actual Costing and Project Billing systems.
- Knowledge of SAP Vendor and Customer Consignment Processes.
- Solid organizational skills along with an aptitude for information technology.
- Experience with Vertex Tax integration, SAP Transportation Management System, and Ariba.

Your Amazon package will include sign-on payments and restricted stock units (RSUs). Final compensation will be determined based on factors including experience, qualifications, and location.
