Client Success Manager - IT Services
Integrated Technology Systems is a growing MSP based in New York City, delivering high-quality IT support to professional services firms. We’re looking for a Client Success Manager who thrives on building strong client relationships, driving strategic conversations, and delivering exceptional service.
This is a client-facing, relationship-driven role where you’ll act as a trusted advisor—helping clients align their technology with business goals while identifying opportunities for growth and improvement. This is a hybrid role based in NYC.

What You’ll Do
Build and grow long-term client relationships, developing a deep understanding of each client’s business, technology environment, and goals
Create and manage technology roadmaps, budgets, and lifecycle plans aligned to client needs
Own the full account lifecycle including renewals, proposals, quoting, margins, and activity tracking within PSA tools
Lead TBRs (Technology Business Reviews), proposals, and follow-ups to uncover new opportunities and continuous improvements
Partner with engineers and internal teams to deliver solutions, standardize environments, and maintain best practices
Act as the primary point of contact and advocate for your clients internally
What You Bring
2+ years of experience in account management, customer success, or a related role
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple clients and priorities effectively
Excellent communication skills, with confidence presenting to business owners and stakeholders
Solid business and financial acumen, including understanding of profitability, margins, and account health
A relationship-first mindset with the ability to build trust and navigate both business and technical conversations
Curiosity and adaptability with technology, including staying current on trends and solutions
Nice to Have
Prior MSP or IT services experience
Bachelor’s or Associate’s degree
