Machine Operator

What You’ll Do (Responsibilities) As a Machine Operator, you will be the gears behind the glamour, ensuring our filling and packaging machines run smoothly. Your day-to-day may include:

• Machine Operation: Setting up, running, and monitoring automated machinery that fills, caps, and labels cosmetics (lipsticks, lotions, powders, etc.).

• Quality Control: Checking products to ensure they meet our high beauty standards (correct weights, tight caps, straight labels).

• Material Feeding: Keeping the machines stocked with raw materials, containers, and packaging supplies.

• Cleanliness & Safety: Maintaining a clean, sanitized workstation and adhering to strict Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and safety protocols.

• Team Collaboration: Working alongside assembly line workers and supervisors to meet daily production goals.

salary: $16.79 - $16.8 per hour
shift: Second
work hours: 3:15 PM - 11 PM
education: No Degree Required

Responsibilities

You will be responsible for working on the production line in a cosmetic manufacturing factory. You will operate and maintain equipment used to make cosmetics products, ensuring that the equipment is running smoothly, meeting production goals, and producing quality product. Duties may include monitoring the production process, making minor adjustments to the equipment as needed, troubleshooting and resolving operating problems, testing product samples, and recording production data. In addition, you may be required to monitor the use of materials and supplies, as well as maintain a safe working environment.
